On the 30th of October, the Baku Open Sambo Championship dedicated to the memory of Sabir Huseynov was held among athletes born in 2005-2007. Representatives of “Absheron-Zirve” also competed in the competition. Under the guidance of specialist Elmaddin Ahmadov, our athletes were remembered for their successful performances.
Turaj Valizadeh (46 kg), Nureddin Davudov (49 kg), Khalid Mammadov and Ravan Mirzali (53 kg) won bronze medals.
