Azerbaijan Championship, between boys and girls under 15-17 ( 2000-2001 and 2002-2004 year teenagers) continues, which will be held in Weightlifting Academy, village North Dres , on February 16-19. Nearly 150 young athletes representing YSS, sport communities from all cities and villages of the country , clubs, centers, participate in the competition.
Finally, on February 18, teenage boys U-17 have competed in A Group in 62 kg weight category. Here,Baku athlete – Abzerli Jebrayil has been gold medalist with total 215 kg (95+120) result. Aghaev Elvin has been silver medalist with total 202 kg (90+112), and showing 193 kg (83+110) result, Ziyadov Kheyal has owned bronze medal.
