The 6th Weightlifting World Championship among teenagers will be held in Penang, Malaysia in October 19-25. 370 athletes( 155 women, 215 men) from more than hundred countries will compete in this tournament. İn championship, members of Azerbaijan National Team will also get on the platform.
At last, Umidvar Bayramli competed in 94 kg weight category in group B. He was 115 kg in snatch and 145 kg in clean and jerk. Showing total 250 kg (115+145) result, our athlete took 5th place in this group. His place in the final rankings will be known after group A competition ended.
